Stock Clamshell and Hand Tool Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: For all returns there will be a 50% restocking fee. The client is also responsible for freight charges to return the cartons of product. No partial cases can be accepted. Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned product. Product must also be returned in original cases. All RMA's must be requested in writing within 15 days of receipt of the product. RMA's requested after 15 days will not be processed.
POP Return Policy
The only stock POP Displays that can be returned are counter top displays. For all other displays, returns will not be processed.

Please note: We will only accept returns with a return authorization number (No exceptions). If you would like to return a purchase you must call us first. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and must be returned in its original carton. We will only accept returns in new condition. Unfortunately if the display has been assembled we will not be able to accept it as a return. All return items will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. We cannot credit any freight, handling or shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Most clamshells are in stock, although we can not maintain adequate stock on all clamshells all the time. If we are out of stock, you will be notified and will be given a approximate manufacturing schedule date. We manufacture our clamshells in a Series Rotation and can not deviate from schedule. Maximum time between series rotations is 6 weeks. Please place your order with this in mind. If you’d like to check stock inventory, please call for current inventories. Only full cases may be shipped. Case quantities may not be broken for any reason.
Canada, HI, and AK Shipments
Customers in Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska will be charged a different rate than what is shown on the site. The shipping charges on the site are for US Domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states only. Please call to make arrangements for shipments outside the contiguous US.
